My Story
Hi, I’m Andrew. I’ve spent the last 15+ years building and scaling teams at places like Ubisoft, Activision, and early-stage startups across tech and gaming. I’ve led hiring from both sides of the table—as a recruiter, a coach, and a partner to exec teams trying to grow fast without compromising on quality.
But before all that, I was just another job seeker trying to find my place—navigating layoffs, bad managers, and feeling like my work wasn’t seen. Wayfinder Coaching exists because I know firsthand what it’s like to be overlooked—even when you’re good at what you do.
I bring together my background in recruiting, a love of systems, and the lived experience of building a career without a silver spoon. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, designing cold outreach templates, or writing blog posts that call BS on outdated hiring advice—I’m doing it so smart, talented people like you can stop waiting for a callback and start making things happen.
Outside of this, I’ve helped run a family photography business, raised two kids, captained soccer teams, and built mechanical keyboards for fun. I’m practical. I’m direct. And I’m here to help you cut through the noise.
